Erin Pike, one of our Environmental Professionals here at St.Germain was invited to participate in as a local expert on the “Under Agreement Road Map” panel at New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NHCIBOR), 2nd quarter annual meeting in June, 2019.
The panel was tasked with describing the process once an offer was accepted. Panelists provided an overview of commercial real estate financing options, commercial property inspections, and environmental due diligence. Erin focused primarily on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and fielded some great questions from the audience of brokers, and commercial lenders.
