Compliance Specialist
Ellen Joyce is a Compliance Specialist on the St.Germain & Associates team. In this capacity, Ms. Joyce researches environmental, fire and safety regulations specific to client projects and develops solutions to assist clients in maintaining and strengthening their compliance programs and permitting new facilities, including compliance management systems, regulatory reporting, emergency plans, state and local development permits, etc. Ms. Joyce has specific compliance experience with fuel storage and delivery systems at bulk and retail petroleum facilities, and hazardous waste characterization for academic laboratory and art programs. She also takes the lead in developing web-based employee training programs and integrating the programs into client computer systems. Ms. Joyce manages the information technology infrastructure needs for St.Germain.
Prior to joining St.Germain & Associates, Ms. Joyce worked as a freelance production coordinator and also developed websites for small businesses.
