Project Experience
Auburn Mall Master Plan, Auburn, ME
Prepared complete set of construction documents for the redesign of Turner Street and Mount Auburn Avenue which included two roundabouts and one major intersection. The project included Geometric Plans and Profiles, Striping and Signing Plans, Traffic Signal Plans, Cross Sections and Right-of way maps, a total of 112 sheets.
Biddeford Crossing, Biddeford, ME
Prepared complete set of offsite construction documents which included significantly widening the roadway to accommodate additional traffic for a 525,000 s.f. retail development project. This included walking the site prior to design, working with the surveyor to ensure survey was completed to desired company standards, preparing plans and making revisions as changes to the site project were made. This project also included widening of the Exit 32 off ramp of the Maine Turnpike.
Route 1, Camden, ME
Prepared complete set of construction documents for the widening of Route 1 in Camden for the MaineDOT. This project required the use of MXRoads and Microstation to ensure electronic transmission of files met the MaineDOT standards.
Lowe's, Auburn, ME
Prepared complete set of construction documents for Lowe's Home Improvement center in Auburn. This included calculating volumes, preparing watershed maps, site plans, grading and drainage plans to include storm drain profiles using AutoCAD pipeworks, erosion and sedimentation control plans and utility plans and profiles.
Palau Compact Road, Island of Palau, South Pacific
Prepared complete set of construction documents for 55 mile section of new highway on the Island of Palau in the South Pacific Ocean. This project was prepared using InRoads and Microstation for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
